Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Regional Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across key Asian markets. This role focuses on capacitive touch sensors and haptic technologies for new and existing consumers based in Asia. The ideal candidate has experience working with OEMs, ODMs, and supply‑chain partners in the region and thrives in a dynamic, high‑innovation environment.

Key Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (~70% of time)

·         Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

·         Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with OEMs, ODMs, and strategic customers.

·         Manage existing accounts to deepen relationships, forecast demand, and expand product adoption.

·         Conduct regular business reviews with customers and internal leadership.

Technical & Product Engagement (~30% of time)

·         Understand customer product requirements and translate them into technical specifications for engineering teams.

·         Present and demonstrate capacitive touch, haptic actuation, and other Cirque technologies to technical and commercial stakeholders.

·         Collaborate with project management and engineering to support designing activities and customer prototypes.

·   開發並拓展OEMs、ODMs 及策略性客戶之潛在商機,推進專案並成交。

·   現有客戶關係維護,掌握需求預測 (forecast demand) 並提升產品採用率。

·   定期與客戶及公司內部管理團隊進行業務討論會議。

 

技術支援與產品推廣 (約佔30%工作時間)

·   掌握客戶產品需求,並轉化為內部工程團隊可執行之技術規格。

·   向技術單位與決策者進行電容式觸控、觸覺致動(Haptics)及公司其他技術之產品簡報與展示 。

·   與專案管理及工程團隊合作,支援產品設計作業(Designing)與樣品開發測試。

Key Secondary Responsibilities:

Market & Competitive Intelligence

·         Monitor regional technology trends, competitive offerings, and pricing to inform go‑to-market strategies.

·         Provide insights on customer roadmaps, market shifts, and emerging application opportunities.

Operational & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

·         Create technical collateral, presentations, and other materials for customer communication and outreach.

·         Coordinate with supply chain and operations to support forecasting, lead‑time management, and customer delivery needs.

·         Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, and timely reporting to sales leadership.

·   提供客戶產品藍圖 (roadmap) 、市場變化及新的應用機會分析與回饋。

·   製作技術文件、簡報及其他客戶溝通與推廣所需之相關資料。

·   與供應鏈及營運單位協作,支援需求預測(forecasting)、交期管理(lead-time)及客戶出貨安排。

·   維護CRM系統資料正確性,管理銷售管道 (pipeline) 並定期回報業績狀況。

Qualifications

Required

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.

·         7-15 years of sales or technical sales experience in electronics, sensors, components, or similar technologies.

·         Demonstrated success selling to OEMs and/or design houses in Asia (e.g., China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, or Southeast Asia).

·         Strong understanding of electronic components, sensors, and HMI technologies (capacitive touch, haptics, actuators, etc.).

·         Ability to travel locally around Taipei up to 50-75%, regional travel once a quarter.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

·         Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional Asian languages are a plus (Korean, Japanese).

Preferred

·         Experience working with capacitive touch controllers, haptic actuators (piezo, LRA, ERM), or related module technologies.

·         Familiarity with consumer electronics design cycles and vendor qualification processes.

·         Background working with cross‑functional global teams in a matrixed company

必備條件

·            大學以上學歷 (商管、工程或相關科系)

·            7-15年電子零組件/感測器/相關技術產品之業務或技術業務經驗。

·            具亞洲OEM或設計公司 (中國、台灣、韓國、日本或東南亞) 的成功銷售經驗。

·            熟悉電子元件、感測技術與人機介面 (如電容式觸控、觸覺回饋、致動器等) 。

·            可配合國內出差 (約50-75%),每季需區域性出差一次。

·            具良好溝通協調、談判及客戶關係經營能力。

·            中英文流利 (具韓文或日文能力者尤佳)

 

加分條件

·            具備電容式觸控控制器、觸覺致動器 (piezo、LRA、ERM)或相關模組產品的工作精驗。

·            熟悉消費性電子產品設計流程及供應商認證機制。

·            曾於矩陣式跨國企業環境中與跨部門團隊合作。
